2024 Year 12 results
In the lead up to the 2024 end-of-year results, the SACE Board and SATAC are providing media with an overview of key dates, each organisation’s role and responsibilities, and media contacts to assist in the reporting of end-of-year activities.

The SACE Board and SATAC are committed to ensuring that quality, accessible and diverse learning pathways are available to all students beyond their schooling years. Both organisations look forward to celebrating the educational achievements of students, parents/carers and teachers, now and into the future. 
Key Dates
December 16, 2024 SACE students receive end of year results.
Governor of SA Commendations announced.		 SACE Board
December 16, 2024 Eligible students receive their Tertiary Entrance Statement (TES). SATAC
January 10, 2025 University offers released: first round offer for 2024 Year 12 graduates. SATAC
SACE Board 
The SACE Board is an independent statutory authority of the South Australian Government that delivers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE). In relation to end of year results, the SACE Board is responsible for: 
  • Subject results 
  • Provision of the qualification (South Australian Certificate of Education) 
  • Subject merits 
  • Governor of South Australia Commendations

SATAC 
SATAC is the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre. It provides a centralised admissions service for higher education institutions in South Australia and the Northern Territory. In relation to end of year results, SATAC is responsible for: 
  • ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank) 
  • Scaling SACE subjects 
  • Tertiary Entrance Statement (TES) 
  • Assessing applications for entry to tertiary courses
