Congratulations to all students in South Australia and the Northern Territory who received their Year 12 results today. 

12,933 students have also today received an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) and Tertiary Entrance Statement. 

Students can check their ATAR and Tertiary Entrance Statement via SACE Students Online, and those with a 2024 SATAC undergraduate application can check their selection rank by logging into mySATAC. 

The first offer round for 2024 undergraduate courses that includes Year 12 results will be held on 11 January 2024. Offers will be emailed by 9am to the email address applicants used to register their mySATAC account. Applicants who registered using an email address they no longer have access to (such as a school email address) are asked to contact SATAC – satac.edu.au/enquiries.  

While awaiting the 11 January undergraduate offer round, students are encouraged to undertake the following steps to ensure their application can be considered: 

  • Log into mySATAC and ensure their application is completed fully, there are no outstanding fees, and they have ordered their preferences with the course they’d most like to study as preference one. 
  • Be conscious of upcoming key dates and deadlines, such as the change of preference deadline on 3 January 2024. 
SATAC would like to advise students that didn’t receive the ATAR they were hoping for that many undergraduate courses offer admission pathways other than ATAR. Some of these pathways include Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications and enabling courses, such as foundation or preparation courses. Students with questions about these pathways should contact the university they applied to for further information. 

SATAC will continue to make offers to 2024 TAFE SA and university courses, with several offer rounds scheduled prior to the commencement of Semester 1.
