Finding Lost Emails in Gmail (Desktop)

Do a General Search:
  • Use the search bar at the top of your email screen.
  • Type keywords like the subject or SATAC as the sender.
  • Use filters or advanced search options to refine your results.
Check the Spam Folder:
  • Open the menu or folder options and select Spam.
  • Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the email.
Check the Trash/Deleted Folder:
  • Open the menu and select Trash or Deleted.
  • Search for your email or scroll through to locate it.
Check the All Mail Folder:
  • In the menu, select All Mail.
  • Scroll or search for your missing email.

Finding Lost Emails in Outlook

Do a General Search:
  • Use the search bar near the top of your screen.
  • Ensure the filter is set to All folders.
  • Search using keywords like the subject or SATAC as the sender.
Check the Junk Email Folder:

Do a General Search:
