Early offers released today

Christmas has come early for more than 7500 prospective university students who received an offer in today’s December undergraduate offer round.

This is the first time SATAC has made offers to year 12 students before Christmas and following the release of SACE results, giving students early certainty or extra time to consider their options before the main offer round in January.

Offers were made to first preference courses with over 500 courses making offers in areas such as health, humanities, business, teaching, engineering, and science and mathematics.

Applicants do not need to respond to the offer they received today, first preference offers are automatically accepted. Instructions for enrolment will be provided by the institution offering the course.

There will be more offer rounds to come in January and February, with the main offer round taking place on Tuesday 15 January 2019. Applicants can change their preferences for the main offer round until midnight on Thursday 3 January 2019.
