The South Australian Government has introduced restrictions in response to an outbreak of COVID-19.

SATAC is monitoring the situation on a daily basis.

As a result of the restrictions and the current outbreak the following measures are in place:

  • SATAC's front counter service remains open
  • SATAC will undertake increased cleaning throughout the day of high-touch public areas
  • social distancing measures in place and observed
  • 1 person per 4 square metres

SATAC staff will be working from home where possible, but there will be no change to our phone or email service.

The Applicant Services team is still available and ready to support applicants over telephone and email. Our website and online applications are available 24 hours a day.

If you have booked a STAT sitting, SATAC will contact you if there is any change to your booking. We are working to determine the suitability of venues and in-person STAT events.
